UNEARTHING 3

I began unearthing film that I buried a little over a year ago (March 2012) today.

So much time has passed that I forgot the exact location of the buried film. But after digging around for awhile I finally found a few strips of film poking out of the earth. I followed these strips downwards and eventually found the whole pile. Amongst the film were some decaying objects (unidentifiable), bones and roots.

I rinsed the film off and left it in a tub of water overnight. After a few days of rinsing and drying I plan on scanning the film.

Tomorrow I’ll unearth more…
